On the Beach 2 is a comfortable 80 square meter apartment in Paradise Beach, which is one of Langebaan’s upmarket security residential areas. This lovely apartment is fitted with euro-fold doors opening up to a large balcony with built-in stainless steel braai and spectacular views of the bay.  Floors are fitted with non-slip tiles and the apartment also has a H2O water purifier.
Paradise Beach is a secure complex that provides an authentic Greek like island feel.  It is situated next to Mykonos and guests have access to a beautiful secluded stretch of private beach.
Although On the Beach 2 is rented out on a self-catering basis, it is equipped with quality linen and towels.

  • 1. Right of admission to this property is reserved This Holiday Home is situated in a residential area. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and good relationships with our neighbours, we enforce these Terms and Conditions strictly. 2. Legal responsibility The person completing and signing this Agreement agrees to the following: • accepts full responsibility, in his personal capacity, for any losses, breakages or damages of any nature occurring to the Holiday Home, or the content thereof, during their stay, • agrees to convey these Terms and Conditions to all the members in his group, and • accepts responsibility to ensure that all members adhere to the stipulations of these Terms and Conditions. 3. Misbehaviour 3.1. Misbehaviour by guests is prohibited. The following actions are defined as misbehaviour and hence, not tolerated: • Excessive noise and/or loud music – any time during the day or night Note: When neighbours can hear the music or noise it is defined as “excessive” or “loud”, • If at any time there are more people on the premises than agreed to in Section 2 above, • Any commercial activity, team building, party or disco, 21st birthday party, matric gathering, bachelor-, hen parties and • Any other action judged by the Property manager as misbehaviour. 3.2. This document serves as a final warning. Should a guest be guilty of misbehaviour, to the judgment of the manager, the BD will not be refunded, even though no additional warning was issued, and 3.3. Everyone in the group may be requested to leave the premises immediately, even though no additional warning was issued. If a group is perceived as a risk to the holiday home, Property manager may decide to refuse entrance to the holiday home even at check-in stage. In such instances payments will not be refunded. 4. General 4.1. All facilities are used at own risk. The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damages guests or visitors may suffer at this Holiday Home or on the property, 4.2. Smoking is prohibited in Holiday Homes, 4.3. Pets are prohibited in Holiday Homes, except by special arrangement for guide dogs for the visually handicapped, 4.4. Items are not to be removed from houses. Towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests need to provide their own beach towels, 4.5. We abides to all rules and regulations promulgated by the local authority from time to time and expect the guests to do the same, and 4.6. Guests renting within a security estate needs to familiarise themselves and abide with the estate rules. 5. Breakage deposit (BD) The BD is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure. The following will affect the refund: 5.1. If there are any traces, signs or smells indicating that someone was smoking in the house, the deposit will not be refunded, 5.2. If the manager becomes aware of any act of misbehaviour as defined in Section 7 of this document (even after the guests have left the premises), the BD will not be refunded, 5.3. If the windows and/or doors are left open after departure and/or the alarm is not armed, the BD will not be refunded, 5.4. If any item is missing, broken or damaged, the replacement value will be subtracted from the BD. The responsible person should check the contents of the house upon arrival against the inventory lists provided and should notify the manager within one hour from arrival should any items be missing or damaged, 5.5. If there are stains on the linen, the linen will be replaced and the costs will be subtracted from the BD. The following substances are likely to leave stains on linen (this may not be a full and complete list): Blood, mascara, make-up foundation, self tanning or quick tanning lotion and suntan oils, 5.6. Any cost incurred to rectify the Holiday Home after the stay will be subtracted from the BD, e.g. should extra heavy cleaning be required, or if excessive dirty dishes are left. Note: If the BD is not enough to cover damages or costs, the responsible person in terms of this agreement remains responsible, in his personal capacity, for additional costs. 6. Cancellation policy Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation fee Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival = 50% of accommodation fee Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival = 15% of accommodation fee 7. (Security) Estate Bookings 7.1. Guests renting within a security estate need to familiarise themselves and abide with the estate rules. 7.2. The Langebaan Country Estate speed limits and rules are strictly enforced. When a fine is issued guests are hereby obliged to pay the fine and the BD will be utilised for this purpose. Should the BD not be enough the guest remain liable to pay the balance.
